About Aanvi Interior
Great spaces do more than look beautiful. We combine thoughtful design with disciplined execution to create spaces that are functional, aesthetic and built to last.
Who We Are
Aanvi Interior delivers interior design and execution for homeowners, businesses, architects and developers across Mumbai and beyond, with 230+ projects completed. Our strength is combining design thinking with strong project execution: costing, procurement, site management, quality and handover.
We work in two ways: as a complete design-and-build partner, or as the execution team for a design you already have.
Leadership
Aanvi Interior works under the leadership of Sandeep Shankar Mandal, together with co-founder Sagar M. Their partnership began in 2020, building on earlier experience across several firms, and it continues to grow with every project we deliver.
That experience shapes how we work today: projects are planned around a clear BOQ, run by a dedicated project manager and a site in-charge, and followed through from the first consultation to handover. With 230+ projects completed across homes, offices, retail and hospitality, our focus stays on clear costing, dependable site execution and a finish our clients are proud of.
Design is led together with our partners at Kahaani Design Studio, while Aanvi Interior remains your single point of contact. From our Lower Parel and Ghatkopar East offices, the team supports clients across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane, and selected projects beyond.
Our thanks go to the clients who trusted us with their homes and workplaces, the architects and designers who partnered with us, and the site teams, vendors and craftspeople whose skill and commitment bring every project to life.
“A good interior should look beautiful and be built right. We design with care and deliver with discipline.”
Our Design Partner
Architect Devansh Maru and Architect Neha Karwa Maru are graduates of Rachana Sansad's Academy of Architecture, Mumbai, and partners in life and in practice. Their studio, Kahaani Design Studio, designs residential and commercial interiors and has worked on 70+ projects across diverse typologies.
We work together on projects where clients want strong design and reliable execution. Kahaani leads the design; Aanvi leads costing, procurement, site execution and handover. Aanvi Interior is your single point of contact, and both teams meet you at the first consultation.
Kahaani Design Studio is a separate practice. Their projects on this site are shown with their design credit.
Our Principles
Design and execution are coordinated from the first meeting, so intent is not lost between drawing and site.
A dedicated project manager and a site in-charge, with one clear line of communication.
BOQ-led planning, so you know what is being built and what it costs before work starts.
